I have just ordered my third set of e-ears from the store on Clarke Ave in Thornhill. The professionalism, courtesy and problem solving are and have been terrific. Both Phyllis and Anna have always found ways to find solutions and make problems disappear.
I take my 92 year old mother to get her hearing checked and hearing aides monitored at this location. Anna always greets us with a big smile and provides us excellent service. My Mom was very hesitant at first about wearing hearing aides. Phyllis was very patient and explained everything clearly and reassured my mother. She was fitted for hearing aides and has been wearing them for about a year now. She is extremely happy with the result and is regretting not getting in to see Phyllis sooner. They readily offer extra batteries and free cleaning as well as overall care of the ear. Would highly recommend this location!!
Hearing loss is a very real problem.. Most people never have a hearing check up until they notice significant hearing loss. You can never get back what you have lost. She assisted me in getting the best available hearing aids for my condition. I've been using them for just over a year now. I went back for a recent check up today.
