I would sat that this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced at any business. I spilt a red drink on my carpet not only did they get it out they and get it back to me within 1 day the man delivered it to my house when I couldn't get a ride to the store to pick it up myself. If i could I would give this establishment a 10 star review and if you ever need any work to be done to any carpet this is hands down the best place to do it.
My 7 months puppy chewed on one of our favorite carpets. Called couple of places and Sham was the fastest responding and most reasonable in price. Very happy with the quality of the work and the value for money
