Service was amazing - Eric assisted me and replaced the seat that I'd had stolen awhile back, while answering my questions while I'd watched. I got lucky with the timing going in when the shop was not busy, so all of the upgrades took maybe an hour (seat, chain, gears, lights, helmet). Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Eric!!
so, called to confirm they had a bike for my Grand-daughter and Ian held it for me until I got there from Kitchener later that day. Good service before and at time of purchase (not a cheap bike). Subsequently emailed Ian about availability of a couple Park tools for my Kona and a week later still no response. Ending up ordering from another shop that I called yesterday who called back in five minutes to confirm they could get them. So ... we'll see what the service after the fact for the bike is now that the sale is in the bag.
Picked up a new Mountain Bike from Silent Sports this week, the fourth bicycle I’ve bought from them over the past 30 years. Mark was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. These guys are enthusiasts who really enjoy what they do and make recommendations based on experience and what is best for the client. Highly recommend Silent Sports for all your silent sport needs.
This shop has some great selection of gear. Pricing is more than I'd expect, internet has many better deals. Staff can be quite \clicky\.
