Quality of work is excellent, they went above what was required for the job I needed done. It's best to contact them for updates rather than wait for a call but phone staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Rental car and taxi service was organised by them whilst I was without a car.

Can’t recommend this company enough! We choose this company to have our Jetta repairs as they were a preferred Allianz Repairer. We were immediately contacted and had our car inspected within 2 days plus booked for repairs for the following week. By end of following week, we had the car back fully restored :-). That’s with 2 weeks of claim submission. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the entire workshop. Friendly, swift and super professional. Highly Recommend.

was told would be 9 days to repair..... Just over 3 weeks later i got it back. Shotty work as well as there was paint on interior panels (mainly on B pillar) and my Airbag light was on once i picked my car up, they did fix this and im hoping not in a dodgy way. Got a call shortly after lodging this review from a member of staff, I was told how dusty the car was and how it had rubbish in the car when i handed it in..... I fail to see how rubbish in my car somehow equates to wet paint on the B pillar. For some reason she mentioned that she was going to be calling NRMA to somehow rectify / clarify my comment.... Ill simply make a similar call to NRMA as well. As per their comments below, this is not the first time they have received this feedback from me i was arguing with one of the staff members for about 5 minutes when i picked it up when i got it back, he was trying to convince me that the still wet paint on the B pillar was not paint at all. Car also did not appear to be clean as per your comments, thick layer of dust and the reason you wouldn't have got a thank you like you stated in your comment below was probably because of the shotty workmanship!

Wife's car was taken thereby the very good towie , George , Paul and the girls in the office are great people ! They did a great repair on her car ... plus extra little repairs around the vehicle... The car came back better than new

When I brought my car there with some rust the guy there said it would be much cheaper if I do it myself just by covering the affected area with some resin based thing. Which is fair suggestion, rather than trying to take the job and earn money.
