We could see the taxi had arrived in the retail park and we were just about to phone as had been waiting 20mins. Taxi arrived and turns out the driver had been away getting a coffee. We got in and he had No mask on and driving like a lunatic. Well over the speed limit. Awful service.

Called a taxi and it never showed up, so I called them back and was met with attitude from the dispatcher who tried to argue with me that the taxi was there even though I could see with my own eyes that nobody showed up, completely unprofessional.
