I bought a dishwasher for a great deal, it had a hole on the bottom and leaked.. I called them they told me to call kitchen aid, I did, out of warranty, called them had to give kitchen aid my receipt, scheduled an appointment, kitchen aid canceled cause warranty, called appliance factory, they told me to call kitchen aid, they scheduled an appointment again, two weeks later, they canceled cause warranty, they finally came out and said, the hole wasn't covered, in between no management would call me back, they told me to call the company in the warehouse, the warehouse said they don't do repairs.. Still no call back from management.. I drove the dishwasher back and they made me pay for a Different dishwasher that costs the same original pricem. The sales person walked off three times to talk to other clients walking in the door without excusing himself.. Made calls without excusing himself.. So for three weeks I had to sit with a broken dishwasher in my kitchen and when I went in, they were treated me like I was the inconvenience.. Not what I went through, i.. If I would have known I was going to pay 400 for a dishwasher I wouldn't have got one in the first place.. Never talked to a manager.. The new dishwasher sucks

John at the Thornton branch of Appliance Factory was very helpful in sorting through options for a new dishwasher. He let us know which models were low/out of stock up front, and went through their database to determine if the model we liked was available in a discounted scratch-and-dent version (it was, and we are buying it). Yay deals. Second appliance purchase at this location, and it's been an informative and easy experience both times!
