My brother had been in a nursing bed for 4 months . Whilst in the home he recieved exceptional care from evey member of staff from the domestics and kitchen staff to all nursing staff and admins. Food excellent and varied. Staff went above and beyond expectations. They all looked after my brother and all his relatives with care and compassion. I would not hesitate to put a loved one into this home if needed. Thanks for all care and attention my brother his wife and rels recieved from everyone.

Told to go to the toilet in bed and we will clean you up how degrading is that! No quilts just 2 blankets, nursing buzzer not working for 2 days need I say anymore, not impressed at all....

My 92 year old Mother was recently admitted to Cleveleys Nursing Home when my sister, who is her carer was unable to give her the care she now needs. The nursing home made the transition relatively painless, the staff are without exception caring, kind and friendly. The professionalism of the nursing care is of a high standard. All individual needs are catered for ...food likes or dislikes are noted, the cooking and food preparation is excellent. I spent a week in the area and visited twice daily, for 2 hours or so each time. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I would like to thank the Matron Annette, her assistants, nursing staff, other staff members & not least the catering for their care & attention to my 92 yrs mum since being admitted in April - they have been marvellous and transformed a very angry, irate old lady into someone now quite calm about the situation. She is at her happiest when getting all her own way & this point is proving now. All the staff love her & we are amazed at the change in these few weeks. I have no hesitation in recommending this Nursing Home - excellent !!
