Dean, the service manager is FIRST CLASS!! The moment you enter the facility he greets you by your name. He is prompt in processing your request. I had two vehicles serviced using a special coupon. One of the tasks was wheel rotation in the package. When I returned to pickup the vehicle, Dean mentioned that the wheel rotation was not required so it was not done so I he reduced the price of special package!! It is that kind professionalism and honesty that makes me a LOYAL CUSTOMER!

I have a 2014 AWD Edge that I bought new and have put 120,000 trouble free miles on it. Took it in for fluids, belts, spark plugs change and had a rear differential seal replaced that had recently started to leak. Also had the driver door latch replaced. When I got it out of their shop the right rear brake was making an odd noise when lightly applied. I am a certified aviation maintenance tech. and decided to check out what was going on with the brake myself. What I found made me loose all confidence in the work performed at this dealership. The right rear wheel hub had been damaged by their maintenance tech. during removal and should have been replaced, it was not. I returned to the dealership and explained what I had found and asked them to stand behind their work and replace the hub. They would not do it. I guess I will have to replace it myself. Also not sure what they did but my gas mileage has decrease from an average of 22/23 MPG to 19/20 MPG with no change in driving habits. I will never return to this dealership for work again.

Mike Polsky was my salesman he was very delightful to deal with and had a sense of humor like mine They where having a birthday cake and lunch for the office managers birthday, nothing like seeing a business ran like a big family. Very satisfied with my purchase as well. 2016 mustang GT 5.0 beautiful car.
