I called Them at 11:45 pm on a Saturday evening when my washing machine had backed up and flooded my kitchen floor, dripping water down through my neighbor's ceiling. They offered to come immediately - but I'd cleaned up the water and said it would be fine to have it looked at the next day. A team arrived promptly the next day, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and waited for the washing machine to run a couple of cycles so we could be absolutely sure it was working correctly. They were professional, cheerful, and efficient. Their service was top notch and I would absolutely call them again if I needed plumbing assistance!
I highly recommend them for an excellent work done in my bathroom ceiling due to water damage from the above flat. The whole ceiling is well plastered and painted. The wall was painted as a goodwill. I met Sean when he came to do the quote, he was very friendly and respectful. The work man was professional and neat. Whoever will hire them will have value for money results.
