I came here, because I have been having some issues online service was great getting an appointment. Arrived to my appointment early because I’m not from California, front desk person was not so welcoming to me. After filling out paperwork , she ran my card ( well claimed to have ran my card , and she started that it declined. I know this is not possible because I have plenty of funds to cover a 325 dollar transaction. I pulled up my account, to make sure I wasn’t hacked or anything, funds were still in my account. I left , and went outside and called my bank to see what the issue was. My bank informed me that if a transaction was declined they would see it on their end. She started she didn’t see any transaction at all from that merchant, I feel as if they didn’t want to see me , so I’ll just take my business else where. To top it off she said that my card was declined very loudly while other guest was in the waiting area. It’s very disheartening , I’m a nurse and this is not how you treat people.

Very easy experience, great alternative to a Dr’s office. I was experiencing an urgent medical concern and my regular OB was booked out until early Feb. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Staff was very polite and comforting. Great Nurse Practitioner, made me feel as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. Highly recommend Femme!

Everything was just perfect and welcoming. I came in for a same day appointment that I was very nervous about regarding a pretty personal situation. I was immediately taken back by the extremely clean and pleasant office setting. I was welcomed by a lovely woman at the front desk who was so kind to me even though it was approaching the end of the day. I Saul Lauren, the nurse practitioner, and her approach was very informative, factual, with emotional support. I am so happy with my experience here I will definitely be going back and referring it to many people. I can’t believe I had not heard of this place sooner as I live in the area. If you want top-notch care by a friendly and knowledgeable staff look no further.

PHENOMENAL!!! Nurse Darby was warm-hearted, understanding and knowledgeable! She was sensitive, showed compassionate, and worked with my emotional comfort and needs. She made sure I feel at ease. I want to emphasize that she looked into and informed me of possible medication interacts which many doctors overlook. I’m extremely happy with the care I received there. Finally found a place where people care and I feel taken care of. Samantha at the front was very sweet and accommodating and Dr. Tarika Balyan was knowledgeable and helpful. She listened attentively, studied what my previous doctor prescribed (which didn’t help) and found a better more effective solution. She very clearly explained what was really going on with me and resolved what my previous doctor couldn’t. She didn’t oversell me anything either which I really appreciate. I felt hope about my situation instantly. The place is very comfortable and clean. Will definitely be back. Thank you

First off, I just want to say that whoever designed this office did an amazing job. Everything from the furniture, to the art on the walls was so beautiful to look at. The office didn’t feel like a medical office. It had a very comforting and homey vibe to it. The staff was beyond supportive and I felt no judgment.
