I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and service here. I ordered flowers with the extra expedited shipping, which is to be delivered by 12 pm. However, at 1:30 pm, the flowers were not delivered yet. My girlfriend called them, and they promised it would get there by 5 pm. At 5:45 pm, my girlfriend called them again because the flowers were not there yet. Not until 6:45 pm, someone delivered the flowers to her house and then rushed back to their car and drove away, without ringing the bell or letting her know even though they have my girlfriend's phone number. She spent most of her days at home waiting for the flowers. And the florist kept promising different times when my girlfriend called them. Their business was extremely unprofessional and wasted her time.

The flowers for my mother's funeral were absolutely gorgeous and very the high quality. The designer customized two "Basket of Memories" with my mom's favorite colors (pinks and yellows) and upgraded to her favorite flowers (roses and gladiolas) for a modest extra fee, and the result was spectacular -- the most perfect arrangements I could have imagined. The main reason I'm writing this review is because for years I loved using this florist but in 2016 I experienced a decline in quality so I started going elsewhere. Now I want everyone to know THIS FLORIST IS DEFINITELY FABULOUS AGAIN, just in case you had the same experience a couple of years ago.

I popped into Flowers For... at the very last minute before prom so my son could purchase a corsage for his date. Not only did the designer stay after closing to throw this together for us, but it was beautiful! We were well-impressed.
Living out of state and needing a special arrangement for a dear friend's funeral that we couldn't attend, we hoped for the best! We just asked for a custom arrangement in pinks and purples and we're assured it would be lovely. Got a picture from a daughter the day after the funeral and we were so very happily surprised at the elegance and beauty of the arrangement. We would definitely highly recommend Flowers For...& Gifts, Too to anyone in town or out of state, like us...We would give them 10 stars if we could! Anne Robinson Lehi, Utah
My friend had to wait the whole day for the flowers to be delivered, with no apologies, even though we paid for early delivery. They don't respect their customers.
Beyond my expectations and reasonably priced! I reordered for another friend in West Hills after ordering then seeing the beautiful arrangement delivered same-day in Thousand Oaks a week ago. I'm recommending them to all my friends and clients!
