Kimberly in Administration helped me resolve a credit problem for a defective Whirlpool refrigerator. It was replaced with a new one and the defective one was returned. A 1500 credit did not post and she made it happen. Keep her. She is a great asset to your store In Thousand Oaks when priblems need to be resolved. Pleasant voice and intelligent too, which seems to be in short supply now a days.

Lowe’s delivered my refrigerator today. The delivery men asked to use my measuring tape. They left with it and I would like it back. They didn’t hook up the water line as we were told they would, this is why we bought the water connector at that time. They left the ice maker turned on. Had to look in the directions to see what that noise was. It should not be turned on if the water is not connected. Very disappointing...

Edgar and his team in the appliance department did an amazing job with helping me resolve an issue with a Cosmo 36” gas stove I had purchased. The Cosmo employees were extremely difficult to work with, communicate with, did not return my calls and they were not able to fix a brand new stove after sending someone to the home multiple times over a 45 day period. Finally Cosmo approved an RN where I was able to purchase a new stove and have it delivered and return the other stove that never worked and get a credit. Thankfully Edgar from the Lowe’s appliance department took over to assist with communicating with the Cosmo employees as well as manager. He updated me on every step including The Cosmo company had shipped the stove to the wrong place and needed the stove to return before shipping it out to the correct address. After Edgar called Cosmo multiple times no one new where the stove went! Edgar had to cancel the purchase of the stove and repurchase it for them to expedite shipping the stove because they lost the other one. Edgar went above and beyond to help me in this stressful situation until I finally received a new working stove. Thank you so much Edgar!
