I brought my dog in here, because I forgot her leash at my house in Scottsdale Arizona. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They were very concerned about my dog walking back out the door to the parking lot so I picked her up and carried her. I bought her new leash and collar was back out the door within 3 minutes. I give them five stars absolutely. So thrilled to see that Petco has moved into the Janss Marketplace from across the street.
The associated who helped me here knew a lot about animals, you can tell he was passionate about it as well. Very impressed
I was unable to obtain a very needed food product for my diabetic pug at this store, so the store member called another close by Petco store who had my product at their location. Alex went over and above and should be commended for his outstanding client commitment!
I love this Petco. It's got a nice layout and selection of toys for my dogs. The Groomers are ON POINT here. I love bringing my dogs here. I know they are in good hands
This review is solely for the grooming department. Thank you guys for taking great care of my husky on his last visit. Huskys are not the easiest animals because they’re so hyper and talkative, so I appreciate it! Management was great as well as everyone I encountered that day to drop off and pick up my animal. I know my dog is in great hands when I drop him off here.

Very easy to order, order was ready for pick up and correctly filled, when I arrive d at the Petco's Thousand Oaks store, the employees were friendly greeting me as I walked in, helped me immediately finding my order right away and offering to help bring it to my car, while thanking me for my order several times! Yes, I will shop at this store again and tell my friends! Thank you for the great service.
