Called to get 4 simple name plaques... can I send you a photo? oh sorry we dont have an email cant do anything with email, we only get emails from corporate. After speaking to the lady for a few minutes, the Girl that answered the phone ended up giving me her personal email so I could send them something to be engraved for pick up. She said, must be paid for before they would engrave. I said no worries, can I pay with a credit card. She said no we dont do that over the phone..... wow .... really, please step into to the 90's... drove over and of course, we dont have that size ..

I want to order a watch case for my husband. I went to the shop and talk to the staff. She told me they can engarve in an hour if I pick up something there or I can place an order online. So, I placed an order. But the website does not show the progress or estimated time. I called to the store to see when the product is ready at 10 am. A girl picked up but seems like they did not even see my order. I make sure she found my order and ask her when it will be ready. She said it will be ready soon so I believed that. I stopped by there around 1 pm. The staff said my is scheduled for 2 pm pick up but she can actually put mine on priority. I saw their both machines were empty. They even told other lady who purchased products there and told her engarving will be done in an hour. She told me it will be done in 30 mins. I went back there at 1:30. They even did not start it and something else was machining. I asked her then they said you are order was for 2 pm so come back in 30 mins. Since I should go back to work and was so upset that they did not fulfill what they promised several times, I just cancled the order. Overall the staffs got some attitude and rude. Yeap, it was memorable. I got my anniversary gift from somewhere else. It was much affordable and keep its time.
