If your prescriptions are important, don’t go here as you won’t actually get them. Everytime I go to pick up a prescription they say I never ordered it even though I got confirmation from them it was ready. Then they say they don’t have it. Real fun experience when you need your prescription to stay alive.

I would recommend management looking at the work environment and culture for the pharmacy workers at this location. (I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I understand how tough it can be). ESP in the drive through- they seem miserable. I made the switch to CVS as it was a bummer dealing with tellers at Walgreens.

The pharmacy is by far the worst we’ve ever experienced. They are so slow! I have waited 30 minutes with no one ahead of me before one of the staff bothers to help me. It seems to be chaos behind the counter. We get calls from them that my husbands meds are ready to pick up and then wait forever in line only to be told that they don’t have it ready and come back in 20 minutes. The staff just doesn’t seem professional or to care about serving their customers. It seems as if it is very poorly managed. We have switched to the CVS on Moorpark.

Nicest people! Each employee I passed said hello, asked if I needed anything, and both wished me a Merry Christmas. In light of their kindness, I felt inspired to donate to their homelessness fund.

Employees rude and incompetent

Rude employee named Rudy. Very defensive after being called out on not doing his job correctly. He realized he was in the wrong and became silent. Why do people have to be like that.

Great drive-up pharmacy service quick refills on the phone

Pharmacy staff are overwhelmed with the amount of orders and they can’t stay on top of it. I have had multiple poor experiences with this pharmacy and observed how staff are running around trying to stay afloat. It is not fair to staff and certainly not safe for the patients. If you live in this area, you may want to try another location.
