pagodas are small, and due to covid, the place was quiet with nothing to do really. still, the history of the pass means you must visit if in the area.

Border between Myanmar and Thailand. The pagodas are much smaller than I expected. I wish I could visit Myanmar from Thailand if it wasn’t under COVID-19 situation...
Nice short trip from Sangkla Buri.
The three pagodas there are relatively small physically but are of great historical importance to Thai people. It is the site of the tow kings of Thailand and Burma personal fight on elephants. It is now also a border pass between Thailand and Burma/Myanmar but it does not have pass- control, so it is only for locals and who do not need passport to pass between the two countries. There is a market at the site with many shops. Your typical Thai market.
It is a good place if you want to cross the border to go to Myanmar. There are many tours offer the price for 300 THB per person. You can find them near the free parking lot. This tour includes 7 visits for 2 hours. You can park your car in the gravel parking lot near the temple.
