I have been seeing Lindsey at Thrive for a little over 9 months now. I have felt more comfortable and at ease in her care than I ever have in previous mental health therapist’s care. Having a tremendous amount of trauma to work through has been challenging but with the support, insight, fortitude and encouragement from Lindsey I have been able to tackle these issues head on. I have seen life-altering changes in my behaviors that have positively contributed to my own growth and feelings of self-worth. The administrative efforts have also been stellar. I HIGHLY recommend this organization abs Lindsey to anyone who is ready to begin talk therapy. Thank you to Lindsey and to Thrive for the immeasurable benefit you have added to my life.

I've been going to Thrive counseling for about 2 years now. I had been looking online for a therapist and was having trouble finding one I liked. I came across Thrive counseling and I'm glad I did. They made setting up my first session easy and convenient. Everyone there is professional and friendly. I had been working with Nadia at the Rio Rancho location but have recently switched to doing at home video session since the pandemic started. Nadia is great a what she does and has helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommended giving Thrive a call if you've been thinking about talking with someone.

When my therapist joined Thrive, I was impressed with the ease of the transition process. The paperwork was painless (and online), and I was able to get my regular appointment schedule set up right away. It's clear that Thrive has their administration and communication processes running efficiently, which reduces the stress of getting and staying connected to therapy. I appreciate that Thrive uses secure, telehealth videoconferencing for remote sessions. Getting to see my therapist during the pandemic and knowing my remote video sessions are as secure as possible are both very important to me. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Shadee as a therapist. She has helped me navigate so many challenges, been a steadfast support during some incredibly difficult circumstances, and held me accountable when I needed it. Shadee is wise, gentle, and committed, and she has made an immeasurable impact in my life.

She has such a way of getting to the bottom of what I share with her. The Thrive office is so nice and the parking is great.
