Dr Clark was amazing and very helpful, but they don’t do billing. If they ever decide to start billing, I’ll change my review. Until then, I’ll leave it as a 1 and only go there whenever it’s necessary.

If i could, i would give Dr. Clark and every member of his staff, in both offices, 50 stars. They have been courteous, promptly respond to messages, caring and professional. Dr. Clark went out of his way to help with a complicated problem and his staff was attentive to my family who had a long wait on my first visit. Definitely keepers
The receptionist at the hurricane office that I had to deal with has no idea what she is doing is a completely rude and uneducated woman and refused to let my child see the Dr claiming that the referring physician had to be the Dr listed on his insurance card which is completely not the case I've never had this issue with any other offices Dr's or this office before and he's been seen at this particular office before which they never said anything about it then. I also called his insurance to discuss this issue in which they also said was not true and they have never heard of such an issue.
I haven't been yet and will change my review if needed but I feel the reviews should not be based on whether the website has poor directions, it is difficult to make an appointment online, or because of rude office staff. If the staff is rude but the doctor is decent, include that. I want to know about the dectors. Why hasn't anybody reviewed them???
Your website needs updated. I was unable to make it to an appointment at your TV office, due to the fact your website is outdated information. Also signs and decent directions would also help. Rude employees, leaves a bitter taste about wanting to go back.
Very thoughtful, took time and the front stuff was friendly.
