I was dropping off my car at this location, which is a desk inside a VW/Audi dealership. It was scheduled to open at 7:30am, but I had to give up at 8:00am as I had to catch a train. No key drop box (that I could find), so I had to leave the key on the unmanned desk with a note. I also had no sense of where I was supposed to leave the car. All things that wouldn't have been issues had the listed office hours been honored. Two stars (not one) since the dealership staff was kind by trying to help and reach out to Europcar on my behalf.
