Fun ambiance at night, adored the meals here for supper. Our table have been reserved for my sister's birthday, she really was thrilled and the place appeared wonderful. The ingredients are fresh And locally sourced, however the prices remain low. Enjoy the atmosphere here and the food is constantly very well prepared and delicious. Very pleasant staff, hadn't recently been here before but would definitely keep coming back again and again.

Yesterday, I went to Switzerland to visit my friend. He said to me, that we should go this restaurant, because he said this restaurant is the best restaurant in Switzerland. My friend lives in Switzerland for about 20 years and has visited several restaurant in all these years. So we went there and we ordered two Smokey Big Cheese Menus , one for me and the other one for my friend. It would have costed CHF 19.90 each, wich I personally think is pretty cheap for a menu, but we got an discount of 10 percent for each menu, because my friend eats there regularly. But if you ask they'll surly give the 10 percent discount to everyone. Because of the discount we only paid CHF 35.80 in total (17.90 for each menu). Each menu includes the burger, one drink and French fries. The menu we’ve had is the best I've ever eaten. The menu is fresh and tasty and the staff, who were working there at the moment, were funny, friendly and polite, especially the one who served us the food. The meat in the burger and the French fries are the ones, I like the most about the food, they serve at their restaurant. If you live near this restaurant or you are on holiday in Switzerland, I would definitely recommend you to eat there.

Worst Staff... worst service... rude people We were coming after a long trip with kids and wanted to use washroom and the staff very rudely said that its for customer use only. We said no problem we can buy some stuff and we did and then they allowed us to use toilet. The restaurant was almost empty, only very few customers were their. With kids one should understand that it takes a bit of time espeically the weather outside was like heavy rain etc. They didn't regard anything about us and very rudely said please leave the restaurant as it looks like you bought the stuff because you only want to use toilets and you are disturbing our customers. We replied we are not disturbing your customers we are just waiting here for kids to return and we will go. We then complained but to no avail. Hence I am writing this review to inform the world that its such a disgusting restaurant. They don't have any etiquette how to talk to ladies and to people with kids.
Food was not that good. Burger was weird and the fries where semi cold :/ Other Holy Cows in Switzerland have better food.
The restaurant was completely deserted when we walked in. My husband was desperate for the loo after walking across Thun to find the place so aimed for the bathroom while I looked around for any indication as to if we should sit down or wait to be seated. As he headed for the bathroom, a lady sat down (who we thought was a customer but was apparently staff) turned around and rather rudely declared that the loos were for customers only. I said that we were customers and wanted to order food but he wanted to use the bathroom first after a long trip. Still, she said again. We looked at the menu and complete lack of patronage and the dreadful welcome and decided to leave. Very unwelcoming.
