They automatically renew your contract for one entire year without any warning. Then they say that you have to pay even if you won't use their services. One important things : They make you pay before you use their service !!! For me it was impossible to reach their customer services by phone. One more thing : They have cut all my access to my account (I don't care, I'm not using it), and now they urge me to pay with my account, for which I don't have access....

I recommended Payrex to 6 of my clients, helped my clients to register and used Payrexx for qute some time. Because it had no monthly fee. Now - surprise! They changed price model so that now you must pay monthly. My clients organize 1-2 events a year, they are not interested to pay all the time. So I move them to another provider.
