Once we contacted BB, you immediately agreed to have a meeting outside your business hours to accommodate to our working schedule, and help us to design the project. The product delivered was on time and as we requested. Your installer completed a wonderful job, she completed a quality control on site that required a replacement of one the blinds, making sure the final product was perfect.
