In January 2021 I got my vehicle certified in this place. I didn't need , but want to make sure everything is good with my vehicle. This place was amazingly fast, and told me the items required to be fixed: Steering Clutch (standard car) Both items I suspected to already have an ongoing issue with them. After my vehicle was repaired, which took less then a day, the problem I had were gone. Also I asked for a quote for my other car fix (I had the part, and they agreed to used my part) and it was half of what the dealership quoted me! Professional, reasonable prices and fast service. I recommend this place for everyone!

Bought a truck from thunder bay that was saftied at crs auto. Im in winnipeg so when the truck arrived a month after the saftey was done i noticed a few things, this torn seatbelt was one of them.this would not pass saftey anywhere EXCEPT at this shop.i called the shop and talked with dave the guy who did the saftey who then spoke with the owner and was told too bad its been over 45 days.i asked how he'd feel with his family sitting in that seat while he goes 100 down the highway ? .i thought he might wanna correct his mistake but now i have to drive back to thunder bay (1500kms there and back) so officers can do an inspection on my truck and i am told there could b huge fines and suspensions,which there should be because this is the kind of stuff that kills people.this repair is around 1000 so guess the money is more important then his customers saftey. So if you want a "real" saftey for your piece of mind id suggest never going to this shop..its just sad you have to take these shops to court in order for them to do a proper job.(from time of saftey to shipment to winnipeg was only 3 weeks, dealer states truck sat on his lot after saftey,so it was either missed or someone at this shop tore it. But by the pictures the rip looks pretty old.guess all we can do it let the saftey officers make the call & Technology is great for this kind of stuff.some people never admit their mistakes and it ends up costing the consumers.)

Check engine light came on in my vehicle, Dave extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took me in as soon as they could, helped me understand what was wrong, and fixed it up. Will definitely be back.

I brought in 2 vehicles for a safety last week (one that was I was selling and the other that I had purchased). I dealt with Dave who I found to be straightforward and honest. He also stuck to all of the estimates and timelines. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was told that my car had a problem in a parking lot. Called CSR and was told to bring the car right in. FREE diagnoses of what was wrong and they ensured that the car was safe enough to drive until the part could get here from Winnipeg. Within 4 hours of receiving the part my car was ready to pick up. The owner is wonderful. There is a customer shuttle but it's probably best if you request it because they sometimes forget to offer.

CRS Auto has always been fair with prices great staff and Dave is by far 1 of the BEST mechanics. I've never had to wait more than 24hrs for my vehicle to be looked at,confirmed and fixed. Thanks again for keeping me going.
