What an amazing service!! I went there just to get an advice on a most suitable bicycle for my body type. Ot only did I get great advice and recommendation, I actually left with selecting a bike for myself. I would like to give a huge shout out to Greg and Catherine (I hope that's the correct spelling) for their exceptional service!!

Was visiting Tbay from Wpg. Bar sizing mislabeled. Disappointing. Now can't find long enough stem to accommodate my reach. Wasted purchased as don't know when I'll be in Tbay next.
Your curbside service was excellent during lockdown. We just pulled up and even on a -30 day someone was right out to our car to help us. Your staff showed us samples and made the whole process very easy Thanks!!

Awesome store, cool aesthetic, great outdoors products and super helpful staff. Only caveat is that it's on the expensive end, definitely a little bit Crunchy Granola Gucci.
