Horrible service. Got told at the door I was not allowed to come in unless I was buying something or "its a waste of a sales associate". She was very rude, aggressive and confrontational. I asked to browse as I wanted to look at their selection, but that was not acceptable to her and we left. Worst customer service ever! Been in there before and have bought many things prior. Never had an issue with the owner or any other sales staff except for the girl with the colored hair that I had this encounter with. Very disappointed and will not be back.
Great store! Someone who actually sells their products and gives you a rundown on each item you are interested in. PS - my brother paid me the 23 bucks
Quality items, massive selection of glasswares, slightly pricey but shops of this caliber are (its not the gas station). The woman I spoke to had no knowledge of the product I was buying so I was a little dissapointed. To be honest i expected to find someone with researched or first hand knowledge in the products, working behind the counter.

Went in for 2 blunt wraps, 2 pack papers, and 2 popper tubes and buddy tried to charge me 51. Prices aren't displayed so they can just charge you whatever they want. Read through the other reviews and see the like/dislike ratio. You'll see the 5-star reviews have no likes (probably staff) and all the negative ones do haha. Owner comments on everything and is hilariously delusional. 97% satisfaction? Calls 8 year old kids trolls online LOL. Marijuana palaces stock is nowhere near comparable to Buffalo Bills or Liquid Chrome's. Also, staff will try to be excessively friendly so you spend more . Rainbows on Bay is across the Road, Emporium down on Algoma, and a corner-store there has cheap papers. Same papers for 1/2 the price. Exact same papers :)
Store was beautiful. Staff is great. Then the owner came up. No social skills. Rude .. arrogant and had an ego bigger than the moon. If he stayed home and let his staff run the store he would probably make more sales. I can in with intentions to spend and was so turned off I waited in the car for my brother to come out. Horrible. One star is for the other sales staff. For the owner to reply "just another customer who didn't get there way" is a complete joke . I didn't even get a chance to purchase or talk about what I actually wanted. Owner is full of him self. And all these one stars who clearly only have an issue with him says it all. He needs to open his eyes and realize he's an awful store owner
