The store "ROCKS" with Kevin (Manager) at the helm! Good team who are sincere about music and helping the customers. Items, admittedly take a while to order, being no fault of the local store. Due to the attentive nature and care of the current staff, I've since ceased ordering from Amazon. I still purchase loads of music (mostly metal) and will continue to support the local store. I would like to see more current blu-ray concerts in the selection. I know when items release dates are and it would be nice to see them available on that day. Kevin and staff are doing all they can.....Again I say thanks! It's great to still have a local music store.

Nice atmosphere, quality service and a wide variety of music and products. Really good to see. Love supporting the store and to have one open in Thunder Bay Ontario is a bonus. Keep up the excellent work Sunrise Records.

Great selection of bluray, got some rare finds from here. Staff is very helpful. Only reason for 3 star is the prices, I check Amazon before I buy something from here. 8/10 Amazon is cheaper.

Ordered a couple CD s a year ago, still no follow up, nothing, they won't even try to find out what happened. Most labeled for CDs are missing, should be replaced for easyer selection.
