l am someone who considers myself fairly healthy and determined to continue the trend. I grew up leading a very physically active life from playing in the streets when l was younger to a stint with the Canadian Armed Forces where annual fitness evaluations were performed. My final career was a letter carrier. l had never taken a formal exercise class or done a high intensity workout. After trying the Unleashed high intensity workout l am hooked. l love that you can walk in anytime from 6am-8pm and leave after 30 minutes, sweaty, having worked every muscle in my body to the max. The routines in the separate stations vary and the equipment awesome. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and walk the talk. Best 30 minute high intensity full body workout that l have done.

Unleashed is my favorite gym in the city. Most efficient use of 30 minutes ever....I only need 2 workouts a week to maintain a decent fitness level. Watch for the trainer with the yellow shoes....she will watch you like a hawk and make you work hard....

Smaller then I initially thought but the type of equipment and variety make up for it. Circuit is a little overwhelming if its your first time but Jack and his staff are very knowledgable and helpful when you need the extra assistance on any workout
