We had a really good experience with Thunder & Lightning! Our water heater suddenly leaked and caused some damage to our new home, and they came recommended from by the plumbing guys who replaced the water heater for us. I tend to be a very high maintenance/detailed customer, but they were able to work with me and did a great job. The techs who came out to do the work were great too. I'd recommend them if you find yourself in need of some restoration work.

We recently had a flood in our home and I wanted to use a local company so I called Thunder & Lightening Services in Perris. Things started off well and then went bad very quickly, they refused to pay a vendor that was part of their contract. Lots of issues and now it has turned into a legal issue with a claim being filed with contractors board. Beware they sound good upfront but turned out to be a nightmare. I would never recommend them.
