Great experience at this facility, accommodating , knowledgeable and service oriented . Great group of professionals running a great operation . Their pricing is fair and the work was delivered on time. I was amazed how accommodating they were to my referal and the effort they went through to make sure my friend’s vessel was taken care of even though it was not a revenue producer for them. Highly recommended

If you value your property, do not not store your boat here!!! I have stored my boat in the inside storage racks for approximately 10 years. Over that time, a few incidents have occurred such a scratches to the hull, vessel left outside for days, motor not flushed as promised. But those seem like trivial items compared to how incompetent and careless the marine staff truly is. I needed to have my vessel transferred to my trailer so I may have some work done offsite. I was told to bring my trailer on a specific day at a specific time… I arrived at that time and there was no forklift driver to move my boat to the trailer. I was told by the staff present, to just leave the trailer and they will gladly put my boat on the trailer and store it in the yard. I explained to them that I was leaving for vacation for two weeks, and I wanted to make sure everything was good. They told me that I didn’t have to worry about anything. Well... I returned from vacation and was horrified at what I found (see photo). My boat was filled with water!!!! These morons put my boat on the trailer, installed the plug and then stored it in the yard!!!! As you can see it rained. When I finally was able to locate the manager (about an hour later) he had the nerve to tell me that it was MY fault. He also stated that they will do absolutely nothing to repair the major damage that they caused. To add insult to injury.... they have the nerve to continue to bill me for storage!! Your boat is safer stored on the side of the road rather than storing it here. Do yourself a favor and store your boat someplace else, anywhere else!!!

Looks like a very nice building and we were looking forward to storing our new boat here but Maureen made it harder than necessary to do business with Thunderboat. We are from out of town & arranged long-term storage of our boat & trailer but when we tried to deliver it, Maureen wouldn’t let us because she was leaving early for the day (we arrived at 4:25p and they close at 5:00p). We caught her on the way out & asked if we could just drop the boat and do the paperwork in the morning but she flatly said no. As a result, we had to find last minute storage after hours, change flights, and figure out logistics while dragging a boat. Whatever that human quality is that most people have that makes them willing to help others when they can - she lacks. Shame because everything else seemed good. The interaction cost me & my family a lot of time & money, so I wish I’d never contacted this business.

Highly Recommend! Don and his entire staff are customer focused and first class people. As a first time boat owner, I had many questions. Don always made himself available, was honest, and genuine with his guidance. The staff on the grounds share in his work ethic and philosophy of being customer focused. A great place with great people!!!

I kept my boat here for more than 1 year...VERY BAD!! There were many issues. More than once it was clear my boat had been used, rented and taken out without my permission [empty beer bottles, missing towels, a lot of extra hours on the engines, etc.] The final event, my boat couldn't be located for 3 days...then when it was found it had major fiberglass repair work in 3 locations on the boat...it had clearly been heavily damaged and repaired. The owner, Don, didn't seem to know anything and couldn't imagine how these repairs were made without his knowledge. ...I AGREE. (He said the cameras that cover that area don't work)
