I used the company for carpet cleaning. The two guys were professional, both to me and each other during the entire service. They worked diligently and got the job done nicely. They were very knowledgeable in the trade as well, to answer my questions. The only thing I did not love was the 5hr time block for the service. My time was between 8am and 1pm... I got the text around 11:30am that the guys were on their way.. they arrived around 12:45pm.. **bonus pandemic info: they both wore gloves and a mask the entire time. Fun fact: they use a plastic shield on the entry door to keep bugs out and a.c. in. (As the hose(s) need to come from outside).

Stanley Steamer technicians, Bud & David just left my home & I would like to rate them with 10 stars plus for all aspects of our carpet cleaning experience:0) I received a reminder call the day before stating they would arrive between 8 and 8:30a and another call when they were 30 minutes away. They arrived at 8:15a... and they were incredibly patient & understanding when I explained I had to run my daughter to school and returned home to let them in to get started at 8:30a. Both Bud & David were respectful, kind, personal & professional. They remembered my home from the last time they serviced our carpets a year and a half ago and were very complimentary:0) They make a great team, were quick, efficient, promoted safety, helpful in picking up the necessary items to clear the carpets & delivered excellent results!!! Our carpets throughout the home smell wonderful & look brand new again:0) Our carpet distributor initially recommended Stanley Steamer and the hot water extraction method of cleaning carpet and had a strong opinion against using chemical cleaners and brushes. We took his advice and are very thankful! We would highly Stanley Steamer in Thurmont and when we need are carpets cleaned again in the future plan to request Bud & David:0) Thanks guys... your the best!!!

My classroom has been cleaned by you in the past. I just find it disgusting that your TV commercials have had to promote GROSS to enhance your business from kids peeing on the floor, dogs pooping on the floor, kids getting hit in the balls ... then spills happening. Have your calls for floor cleanings increased? You've lost the respect from some of us.
