【南郭寺】位于甘肃省天水市城南2公里山坳，占地5.7公顷。这里树木葱茏，参天，风景优美，鸟语花香，为天水的八景之一，誉名"南山古柏”。【南郭寺】建寺已有一千多年的历史，为历代诗人墨客览胜之地。中国唐代大诗人杜甫于公元759年流寓秦州（今天水）时，写下一百余首赞美诗。 【南郭寺】为陇右第一名刹，甘肃省省级文物保护单位，爱国主义教育基地。【南郭寺】在唐代已具相当规模。内有天王殿、钟鼓楼、禅林院、关圣殿、杜少陵祠、北流泉等建筑名胜，另有"唐槐汉柏"，黛色参天，虬枝冲霄。
