They do not answer phones, or return calls. Do not reply to emails, and do not respond to maintenance request nor fix safety issues . Collect rent and nothing else. False Fire alarms 4 to 5 times Each month reported each time but nobody will call alarm company to fix.

They are all about the money. They don't care about the people who rent from them, especially the seniors at guadalupe hurrera Apts on south 7th st. The ac don't half the time, they never answer the phone or the voice mail is filled . Shameful taking advantage of the elderly.

This company has earned zero stars from me. I am a new tenant at one of their properties and have had nothing but problems since the day i moved in. It seems as though bait and switch is their way of doing business. Tried contacting corporate office numerous times only to get no response. Avoid any dealings with this company. They are a subsidiary of Chicanos For La Causa and are tarnishing everything CPLC stands for.

I have been trying to contact this company now for over a week concerning the return of my holding deposit for Arbour Parks apartments in Tempe. Unfortunately no one has contacted me back for anything at this point. It seems that this company does not take customer service seriously so I would strongly recommend avoiding any properties owned by this company, such as Arbour Parks. If they ever do get back to me I will update this post.

They don't answer their phone at all!!! I have been contacting them and have literally pressed every key to get in contact with someone and no reply at all. They are stealing my deposit!!!!!
