Terrible road design, esp. the new inner circle (still under construction and causing hellish traffic congestions, esp. in the rush hours) - e.g. one lane becomes 3 some 15-20 m from the traffic lights (so those cars turning left cannot enter their lane for too long). Some inner streets are also closed, either permanently or every now and then. Getting out of town can take 15-20 minutes in the morning (and then you drive 30-50 more minutes to work, 4-5 days a week). This road design does not match the modern economy and the stemming commuting patterns. 30-50 years ago it might have been OK. Not in year 2020, not in Belgium!

Het oorspronkelijke gebouw dateert van 1635 en werd door de stad aangekocht in 1712. De ganse voorgevel werd afgebroken en vernieuwd in 1836-1837.
