STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET CLINIC This is the worst service, I have ever experience from someone, who should allegelly be a very good and professional Vetclinic. Our criticism isnt about the Medical treatment. But they have recklessly overpriced everything. They wouldn't tell us the Price before the treatment, but insinuated, that they had ormal\ prices. They have as example charged 48,40 Euro taxes for wrapping elastik bandage around four hoofes after giving injections. These materials cost around 3,5 - 13,5 Euro including taxes. Overall the pricing varies from 3-8 times the cost of the same product at several Danish Vets, we have contacted, who has normal danish prices. We have written Tierklinik Lüsche 8 times to get a reason for the high prices, but they don't answer at all, we just keep receiving invoices with late fees. We have payed a small amount and offered to pay half the amount of the invoice as a settlement. They have never answered. The matter is now at Bernhardt Inkasso-Unternehmen on the request of Tierklinik Lüsche. We have written twice and called twice to Bernhardt, and they have said, that they will consider the matter. That was in september 2019. We haven't heard anything from them since then. We have now payed half the amount, and pronunced, that we consider the matter closed. We hope never to hear from them again, and will advise everyone to refraine from using this Vet Clinic. They will overprice you, not answer you and then threaten you to pay by using a debt Collection firm to tell you, that they will bring it to Enforcement Court, and it will be a lot more expensive then, than paying before that.

Wir mussten mit unserem Pferd Nachts nach Lüsche fahren... Leider mussten wir ihn wegen einer Darmrotation über die Regenbogenbrücke schicken... Die Vorerkrankungen und die Blutwerte führten zu einer sehr schlechten Prognose! Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Das Team machte einen sehr professionellen Eindruck (ich arbeite selber auf einer Intensivstation) und hat viel Empathie uns gegenüber gezeigt! Auch wenn es ein sehr trauriger Anlass für den Besuch in der Klinik war, möchte ich mich für die tolle Begleitung, die ehrliche Aufklärung und die super tolle Betreuung bedanken! Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Klinik wählen! Ihr seit ein tolles Team! DANKE für alles!
