Nicole has been a welcomed addition to my care team. Nicole arrives each time with a smile and always willing to take on any task requested of her. In addition to my health care needs, Nicole has assisted with all holiday preparations this holiday season as well with gift wrapping, cookie frosting and make Chex Mix! I am very thankful for Nicole!
After several weeks with McKenzie, we (the family) are very happy with our mother's experience. Often times Mom will be feeling low in the morning but, after an afternoon with McKenzie, she is feeling much more bubbly. McKenzie is friendly and cheerful and puts Mom in a much better mood. They do puzzles together and look at pictures and hear stories of the grandkids. She is also helpful around the house - helping with the laundry, doing a little light housekeeping, fixing snacks. It is quite sweet the way she folds laundry WITH Mom, so that she is sure to fold things the 'right way' :) Same goes with wiping down the kitchen counter, taking out the trash, etc. All in all, we are quite pleased.
Comfort Keepers has supplied consistent, reliable home care for several years. I am very satisfied.
