This is a terrible place that allows biases to interfere with protecting children. They failed my family. Very unethical and no family team planning partnerships offered. I’d never recommend this organization to protect children. In fact, I would highly recommend national centers to investigate this facility.

I have had no problems with the quickness of my case being started and completed but when you call for an answer in something , they just say “it’s been handled” without taking a couple minutes to check the case and actually make certain your case is as it should be. When you call, these people have the personality of a rock. They need to learn how to handle people in a more concern. They must have filed out an application from a Cracker Jack Box because I’m thinking they’ll let ANYONE work there

I have been trying to get a hold of some type of supervisor for days now. They always put me on hold for several minutes before I'm greeted with an answering machine. I've left several messages and have received no reply. But children services demanded to come inspect my home because of a complaint on a completely different person that lives on the other side of town. They have no clue what's going on, but are quick to start pointing fingers.

the worker I spoke with was exceptionally incompetent and unable to understand the simplest of directives. I am extremely unimpressed with the lack of appropriate professionalism. The workers name is Melissa McLaughlin she was not at all helpful, and infact hindered the ability to appropriately collect the child support my fulltime employed artist is attempting to submit.
