Had them pick up a washer and dryer set and they forgot to turn off the water so now my laundry room floor is flooded and will likely mold due to it being carpet I will never rent from them again, how hard is it to turn off water so you dont ruin someone's floor and when they call you out on it you are rude about it like it's my fault that YOU didnt do your job If I could give zero stars I would because you are awful learn to do your jobs
