This is the sorriest Verizon store I've ever been in, first they start giving you a big spiel about corporate policy with having a face covered then they tell you their franchise what franchise is don't do what corporate tells you to do in every circumstance these people must be Democratic believers. Secondly you go in there you trying to get some help getting an app downloaded that you had on a previous phone that you had to replace through insurance and now they want to give a big excuse about they don't know what they're doing because it's not a Verizon app, I never seen a Verizon store that didn't have some kind of technician in there that could help you get something downloaded with no problems maybe this clown who owns this franchise could go into another business and leave phone and Technology to people who are more Adept at dealing with such technology. 3rd leader customer service really sucks and I do hope Verizon take a serious look at them and Yanks their franchise

Love our local Verizon shop! The team is very knowledgeable....especially Heidi! She is always very helpful and takes the time to answer any questions we may have. It is so nice that we do not have to leave town to take care of our Verizon cell phone needs! Recommend

It took me 3 hours of waiting in this store and I finally got a new phone because my old one was having issues. They said if I fixed my old one, I could return the new one in 14 days. They did NOT tell me I would still have to pay the activation fee PLUS a restocking fee. It was almost 100 for me to return a 4-day old phone. I would’ve given it zero stars but the only reason I’m giving it one star is because the guy who helped me was very helpful, nice, and fun at the moment. BUT THEN I REALIZED HE CHARGED ME FOR ITEMS I DID NOT BUY. Check your receipt before you pay and make sure you know the ENTIRE return policy, don’t just take their word for it.
