Insanely long (3hr) wait times when only 4 people in lobby. Drinking fountain broken, empty tissue boxes. I thought urgent care meant you got seen quickly? Not waste a day sitting in a small waiting room. Place is a joke will not be returning. I witnessed more people come in then turn around and leave when they heard the wait time than actually stay to get treated. Not to mention patient rooms were filthy, not sure when they were cleaned last? Debris and hair all over exam table. Disgusting

Great facility, with great staff, especially the MA Ashley! Love the use of the App for checking in, it limits the amount of time you are in the facility and reduces potential exposure. The staff was courteous and helpful even when the are completely full up of patients and move them through at a very quick pace to get patients in and out. Highly recommend this facility and the MA Ashley, by far the most friendly person their and extremely helpful!

I came in at 5:20PM on a Sunday and I was having a issue I just wanted to get checked out and they were all very kind and courteous and allowed me to get seen even though they were finished taking patients for the day. Would recommend 10/10
