Buyer beware - Ordered and paid for my daughters senior competition cheer pictures 10/19/20; NEVER RECEIVED THEM! Paid 55.00 and never received anything. Asked about them a few times from the school rep, said they were working with company. Then on 2/18/21, after asking school again about them, sending them a copy of my order and receipt, and cheer season is OVER, get some awful proofs. The girls look like they are floating in the air...... but just a proof - no pictures. The only reason we were sent the proofs is because the school rep provided them the orders and receipts. They completely misplaced our order. In 7 years of our daughter participating in this sport - we have always ordered the team pictures, a button, a picture for the grandparents, etc. Thanks to BPI we have none of these keepsakes. And the season is over. Do not use them!!!

I'm amazed that Miller Elementary used this awful company again this year. I just took my son to Curtis Photograhy. I refuse to let him go this school year without pictures. Last year was an epic fail but the school used them again despite all of the complaints. Houston County needs to do better. Plus you don't even get to view a proof. Just sucks. How do they get any stars is beyond me.
We are virtual so the school sett us up on retake day first week of October. Been calling for proof code since so we could order pictures, everytime there is some excuse why not done. This last time I was told the labs fault (whom they contract). I asked could they contact the lab and find out what is going on? Or give me the number so I could. Told them let me help.you to help me. The receptionist was rude. So explained other students got their pictures done, proofs, ordered and returned all in 5 weeks. It had been 7.5 weeks and we can't get our proofs downloaded to even order them. Asked her so I shouldn't expect them till March? Her response I don't know tomorrow 12/17/2020 is our last day tile 01/04/2021. You can call back then. I've been calling for 4 weeks!! How is it you guys won't help us? We will after the holidays, she says. But okay, come January I'm going to call EVERYDAY till my pictures are done!! She was like mommy. Excuse me? \Mhmm\ . That was it!! Told her enjoy her Holidays while us virtual parents are fretting over just seeing proofs! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY STUDY EVER!!! RUDE, NON-HELPFUL, AND JUST DOWNRIGHT UNCALLED FOR! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!! However, they were able to get our pictures with the holiday magnets done to charge us for them! So how is it that our regular proofs are unavailable? Our pictures had to be downloaded to create those!!
They take great pictures I wished they would have packages for less. Having more then one kid it's hard to buy each one a package and even with the little packages you get nothing for 20. They say you can get 2 off having more then one kid but that still is alot for a few wallet. If they had better packages I think I would buy fall and spring. The last few years I have not buy nothing due to the prices
Terrible. Just terrible. We live out of state and were excited to receive the link to purchase senior photos for our step daughter. According to the website, in order to purchase photos I would first have to select a pose to appear in her yearbook. Selecting her photo for year is not our place or business - we just want to purchase photos. When I called BPI to learn how to purchase photos without selecting which photo to put in the yearbook I was told that it was not possible by the employee I spoke to. Whom, by the way, judging by her tone, was too bored to stupid to fully care about this problem. We had 300 of photos in the cart which I promptly emptied after getting off the phone. Very unprofessional.
