The food was good as always. But the customer service was under par. It seemed as they had enough of helping customers and hurrying them out. My family and I wanted some good food for our road trip back home to Florida. They got the order right on receipt but it seemed as they were just giving me what was leftover and didn't give the correct items. Because of that I will go to next exit and get food from the other Krystal. Thanks for the food, but you gotta get the order right in the bag not just the receipt.

So happy to have found this open late while going up the interstate. Our sackful with cheese were fresh & hot. Guy working the window was super friendly as well
LOVE the chicken biscuits, the Krystal cheese burger and totters. so fresh and tasty, wish they would have restaurants in Miami
Girls were so friendly. Fast & good. My granddaughter & I even took a few Snapchat pics while we waiting for rain to slow up.
