Food was good, service was great! The restaurant was very clean for it to be so busy. Our server was so happy and always smiled when she came to the table. Our food was brought in a timely manner. The steaks were quite right, so that's why they can't have the 5th star. I do recommend Longhorns of you are looking for a great steak and good atmosphere.

3 to-go orders were placed, get the food home, 20 minutes away, and there's only 1 order in the bag. Asked for a loaded baked potato, and received a plain potato. Were not given the items to put on the potato. Always make sure the order is correct before taking it out to the customer. Now my family is on the way back to get a refund. I advised them to always check the orders before leaving. We called back and the lady said with an attitude, \Well we're busy\. You weren't too busy to charge for the food. I asked for a well-done outlaw, and got an old, burnt medium rare12 oz ribeye, with absolutely no seasoning. But, the seasoning may have been burnt off. I can cook a better steak at home. What a waste! Updated- instead of getting a refund, the ordered was corrected and replaced. The steak was cooked right, but not one drop of seasoning. Their steaks are not good as they use to be, or it's the cook. I'll be cooking a my steaks at home. 10/27/20 UPDATE- The Longhorn Guest Relations Team has emailed me, and has awarded me a 35 Gift Card for my bad experience, and food. Them reaching out to me alone means a lot, and shows that they value their customers, their opinions and experience. I am changing to a 5-Star for this alone. To the Longhorn Guest Relations Team, thank you so much for valuing your customers and their experience. But, I will use my gift card at a different location.
