Was referred by my treating physician to this facility. Was very horrified that ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS were wearing aring a mask, nor, were there any postings requiring patients to wear a face mask. Nor were any preliminary screening being performed for COVID-19 symptoms. The technician was male, no female staff was present during my entire 2 hour procedure , although there were 4 female staff members, each of whom were at the front reception area. Until this appointment, I had never remained in my street clothes , scrubs, or other clothing were provided to me. The table was not lined with medical exam paper, or, a sheet. It was terribly cold, which is usual, and no footie, or, booties were available, I had to ask for a blanket, and when I asked that my feet be covered, the technician tried to use the blanket that I had wrapped around my arms, to cover my feet: I had to ask for another blanket! I was very uncomfortable the entire time and in pain, lying still in 45 minute increments, on a hard plastic table in my street clothing. It would have been nice to be told this information prior to my appointment, so, that I could have dressed appropriately: sweat pants, sweat shirt, socks, etc!

Worst customer service. Billing department has the rudest agents. Wouldn't take my dog there if he was in need!!!

I have had to come here several times for an MRI. I drive 2 1/2 hours just to get an MRI. I am very claustrophobic and this is am awesome place to come when you are. Although I still get alittle claustrophobic I can still bare it to get my scan done. THE STAFF IS AWESOME EVERY SINGLE ONE. I am always early and I dont ever have to wait past my schedule time. It is always clean, and maintained and very easy to fine with GPS. I give this place a 5 stars and would give more if I could. i would drive four hours if I had to, just to get my scan done by them. They are that wonderful

My experience was great. Being claustiphobic, I have always dreaded the words MRI and have always pushed back on the procedure. After doing research and finding Open MRI of Tifton I now have a peace of mind about having a place and people who I feel understand my situation and did and amazing job to make the procedure a breeze. Scott did an amazing job of explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable about the do's and dont's of the procedure. He was at no point pushy or inconsiderate and that was huge support. . Also when it comes to the financial part, if your having to out of pocket your hard earned bucks I found these folks to be anywhere from 150.00 up to 1200.00 less than anyone else in a 100 mile radius of Albany. Thanks to the entire staff for understanding the claustophobic mentality.

My boyfriend has severe claustrophobia. He had to have an mri due to a work injury. The receptionist there in the evening was exceptional. She gave my kids snacks and coloring books while we waited and the technician....they call him "the guy" was super friendly and calming. However, my boyfriend ended up not being able to complete the mri. They suggested he get a valium to take before he came back for his second attempt. His doctor gave him the valium and we went back for his second try. Again the receptionist gave my children snacks and coloring books and when it was time for my boyfriend to go back she offered to watch the kids so I could accompany him to the back to try and keep him calm. "The guy" played some music of my boyfriends choosing and made him feel relaxed. He was extraordinary at his profession. He went above and beyond to help make this mri successful. We made it!!! They were wonderful and he was able to get the mri done.
