The staff is very helpful and polite.. The eye doctor she is being lovely and the new lady she just started was very pleasant.. she did awesome and her trainer was on point. Sorry I don’t have names...Kelly that helped me with my glasses was awesome

From the minute we walked in the door, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They enjoy being there and it shows. Such a pleasant experience. Jessica helped us pick out the right frames and went over every detail of our plan coverage and such. We would very much recommend them .

I have always loved Dr. Kolisz and the staff!! He is always super friendly and willing to help in every aspect of my eye needs. I also sent my father, daughter, and aunt there! They too have had amazing experiences!!

You’ll spend a lot of time and money and be greeted by a RUDE front desk employee. For a regular visit to have an examination and purchase glasses, I spent 3 hours of my day there. RIDICULOUS!! My suggestion: Do not overbook if you can’t handle it or hire more help to be able to handle all of the clients without keeping them for multiple hours of their day. Also, Penny should not be in a position where she deals with the general public if she doesn’t like people!
