Unfortunately there is no option to give negative rating. Very poor customer service. I have vacated my flat more than 45 days ago and still I am waiting for the head office to call me to let me know my final amount. Their customer care number doesn't work and keeps ringing. Nobody bothers to answer your call.

Poor service. Tried calling them to request for refund no answer. Just thinking if i can use the flat for another month and not pay them? and we can just forget abt deposit..
The worst Maintaince I have ever come across in my life there is a problem with the tiling in my flat where apparently they have not done it properly it’s been almost 2 years in this flat and they tiling problem has happened 3 times There is air that forms under the tiles and they puff up and crack at times which is dangerous since we have a toddler at home when it comes to helping a tenant out they throw so much of ego and attitude it’s like we stay in the apartment a for free but they will make sure the rent is taken on time with a single dirham being reduced
Unfortunately bought an apt from them in 2008 in JLT. Crappiest management ever!! They r very fast in taking service charges from u but can’t even clean their own bathroom in their office at Pinnacle tower. Smell of cigarettes everywhere in that office. The building in JLT, lake city tower feels like it’s 30 years old. Do not buy any property from them!!! And thanks to govt for doing nothing about it!! Oh one more thing. Had to pay additional 55k for the parking slot otherwise they were not issuing a title deed
Simply the most bad and management and staff real estate , at the first they will show you (artificial customer care) but time to leave the apartment after give key they will give clearance after 3 days and they will charge you 3 days Even though they responsibility, then they will deduct from deposit 1-best control 2- painting 3-clean even you give apartment very clean 4- Satellite charge not option its must pay 5- maintenance Knowing they will say free at beginning and et-et-.-.-.- they try to find any dedicated not give back the deposit and when you ask receipt for those deductions they not going to give to not complain them swear this not only my bad experience i meet too much same my issue at their office (sharjah main office)and i escalate the issue to Consumer Rights to get my right
My review for the whole management and the building would be as worse as it can get. At first when I rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Al Khan 6 there was a deposit which I had given which however now at the end of my contract when I went to their office in the on going Covid-19 situation, they started to make \NEW RULES\ that they will not give any tenant the NOC which is strictly against the government rules and deduct 300 AED for the \SERVICE\ which is more likely to be part of the salary of PRO and 3 days of rent deduction from the deposit money. Not only this after alot of discussion with the managemet they have been of ZERO help regardless of being in such difficult times. However, after agreeing with their \NEW RULES\ I have still yet to receive my deposit money which was promised after 3 days and now been 2 weeks and numerous office visits with a new excuse every visit. Being born and brought up here this is possibly the worse management I have come across with all departments being worse than the other starting from maintenance team which blamed the building management who never gave them anything to replace if something would break down in the apartment but every year took the money for it. Overall living in the building has been as bad as it can get and coming across such unprofessional people has been been like a cherry on top of the cake.
Very disappointed with tiger company, can't trust them, the robber your money , the building managers are like gangsters, they will lie to you, at the end closing your contract nothing will be as discussed with them, it's really hurting people feelings, choose other company, i advise you that after few years with Tiger, very bad business with them.
