Bart and his team went above and beyond of service for our roll off container orders delivered within 24hrs and replaced within 24hrs of the next order. I can not recommend them more and keep it local ! #NewMexicoTrue
I had trash service from them while living in Sanida Park. The trash service is fine but they simply do not pick up the phone at the office. It took me over a week till I got someone on the phone to set up service initially. I am moving out of the area in a few weeks and have been trying to reach someone for a week to cancel my service with no luck so far. L Mora trash service is also available in this area, I haven't used them, but unlike East Mountain Disposal I don't know for a fact that their customer service is awful, so I'd try them first.
We've been with EMD for almost 5 years, since moving to Edgewood. I just went to check the holiday hours on their website and was shocked by the terrible rating and horrible reviews. Our experience with them has been great. They have never missed a pickup, the drivers are super nice, they are easy to get on the phone and good about returning calls. Several years ago we got one of those gigantic roll off dumpsters from them for a week and that went very smoothly, delivered and picked up on time. I know everyone has a bad day here and there, but it's hard for me to believe all these negative reviews are real. Not my experience and I've never heard anyone complain about them. BF
I have been with East Mountain Disposal for over a decade. I have not had any problems with them. The Recycle is expensive and if you miss they cannot come back for a month. That was a dissapointment- I put an alarm on my phone and won't miss that date again. Their employees have always been good and not one pick up was missed. I am sorry others have not had the same experience that I have.
