I am purchase 2 flights and when I went to get on the airplane after I already checked in and got my boarding pass and check my bag the ladies said my flight was canceled but she was wrong that she was looking at the wrong flight and I was not able to travel what a pain and I lost my shuttle and hotel for that night with no reimbursements
