This doctor is not just any other doctor who works just for the money. This is the most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being attended by. He is a doctor because he genuinely loves his career and helping people. I previously had a bad experience due to another Dr. whom had the same specialty as this one, but terrible service and did not find a solution to my problem. I came to Dr. Salas without hope due to my previous experience, and he completely changed everything. I am not one to leave reviews, but thanks to Dr. Salas I will not be completely death and he took time and effort to help with other health conditions as well. Also, when I received bad service from a place where I had testing done that he had asked for, he called to speak to the manager because it was unprofessional on their behalf and he didn't want his patients to go through any more stress than they have to. I had never met a doctor more caring or excellent than Dr. Salas. I seriously recomend if you are going to see an Otorinolalingolo in Tijuana to come to him. Him and his assistant are seriously the best healthcare professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Yo me Sentia mal de mi oido garganta y fui con un doctor que yo conocia antes pero ese doctor ya habia fallecido y me recomendaron a otro doctor y fui pero su consultorio estaba cerrado y busque en Google y me vine con el doctor Roberto Salas me atendio muy bien y me hizo una cirugia en mi nariz la verdad yo estaba muy mala y gracias a Dios al Dr. Roberto Salas he quedado muy bien se los recomiendo atiende muy bien no hay dolor es un Doctor muy especialisado gracias Dios y al Dr Salas estoy bien se los recomiendo bendiciones!! A mi me recomendaron al Dr Salas por qué tenía el problema de tabique desviado y ya llevaba tiempo con este problema hasta que conocí al Dr Salas y gracias a Dios y al Dr lo pude resolver mediante cirugía y quede muy bien y satisfecha de todo muy bien operada y me siento muy bien Gracias Dr Salas.

Asistí a consulta con el Dr. Roberto Salas Stephens por hipoacusia en oído izquierdo, el trato fue bueno. Sin embargo, no solucionó mi problema a pesar de asegurarme que saldría de su consultorio escuchando sin ningún problema. Compre los medicamentos solicitados, pagué la consulta y no obtuve mejora alguna. Resolví mi problema investigando en línea y asesorandome con otro médico de confianza. En resumen, gaste mucho dinero y no obtuve un diagnóstico adecuado, solo un lavado de oído bastante incómodo que no me sirvió de nada, no lo recomiendo.
