My wife was diagnosed with a condition in one of her breast where the doctors in California wanted to cut off BOTH breast and start her on radiation and chemo. Thank God we did NOT allow them to do what they wanted even-though they assured us it was the proper protocol and instead searched for other opinions. We met with several oncologist in Mexico and found doctor Homero Fuentes. He told us that the growth in my wife's breast in his opinion was caused by a hormonal imbalance and he guided us and put my wife on a treatment. 6 months later, the growth is gone with NO surgery, chemo or radiation. This doctor knows what he is doing and we are so grateful we found him. He is well known in the area and his office and staff were professional and kind. I hope this helps someone. Please do yourself a big favor and do NOT just do everything the doctor tells you. Check with other doctors. Get a second, a third and like in our case, I interviewed at least half of dozen doctors. We thank God we did. If you are concerned about checking options in Mexico, don't be. Just make sure the doctor has an official professional license in their field. We did see some \Alternative/Natural\ treatment in Mexico, but they were very expensive and I did not feel comfortable with their sales techniques. Having said this, alternative treatments have a place and can be your option. We did check both Alternative and regular oncologist doctors in Mexico and got a lot of new information and options that we never got in California. This ultimately lead to our results. Dr. Homero is regular oncologist doctor and we felt that he was open to \alternative\ treatment which we did not find in other oncologist in Mexico. We felt that he as a top oncologist in the area offered us professional guidance in his field that did not ignore standard medicine and at the same time he gave us hope with options that were not give to us in California.
