Super cool place. Easy access. Affordable. The place was very well kept, clean and patrons were allowed to park their vehicles by the cabanas. The ocean was amazing! I will definitely recommend this place for a get away.

It's a clean beautiful beach. They have ATV's for rent and you can drive your vehicle in the sand. They have an RV park area for anyone wanting to drive down there in their RV's. They also have plenty of hotels and shops near by. Only reason for the 4 stars is because, I tend to during the week when everything is slower. So all the restaurants are either closed or they don't have everything they would serve on Fri, Sat, and Sunday. So I just drive back to our town about 45 min away to 1hour and eat there. But other than that it's a nice beach to go and enjoy yourself for a day or 2 or maybe 3.

Prieto is a great place to hike by beach front is beautiful

Beautiful, quiet. If you want peace and solitude, this is the place for you. No cell service, no radio signal. Perfect. Small, about 40 inhabitants at most. Hot springs on the beach. Awesome.
